MM Alum, Philipps, Signs Tender with PAL Islanders
Shawn Philipps has signed a tender with the PAL Islanders of the newly formed NCDC. The NCDC is a newly formed league built by the USPHL.

In two seasons with the Minutemen program Philipps has been able to achieve many personal accomplishments such as being a two-time AYHL All-Star, NAPHL All-Star, as well as being named the All-American Defenseman in the AYHL championship game last season.
“I would like to thank the Minutemen organization for an incredible two seasons, giving me all the tools to become a successful hockey player. Thanks to coach Cannon and all the other coaches and trainers part of the Minutemen organization that allowed me to develop into the player I am today. I am grateful for all the opportunities that coming to this organization gave me in looking to move forward in my hockey career. The past two seasons at the Minutemen have been such an incredible experience and something I will never forget.
