Welcome to the Home of the Valley Forge Minutemen

The Minutemen are a Tier I “AAA” program.
As defined by USA Hockey, Tier I “AAA” is the highest competitive level of ice hockey in the United States. The Valley Forge Minutemen program is designed to further develop and challenge our most skilled players to compete against elite level teams at the local and national level. These teams compete in the Atlantic Youth Hockey League (AYHL).
Tier I hockey is subdivided into Major and Minor teams. Minor teams are comprised of first year players at that level and Major teams are comprised of second year players. Major teams at the 12U level and above are eligible for the USA Hockey National Championships.
Our Mission
About the Valley Forge Minutemen Hockey Club
The Valley Forge Minutemen Hockey Club is dedicated to developing youth hockey players from 8U (Mite) through 18U (Midget). Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and competitive environment that fosters both individual skill development and strong team concepts.
We place a strong emphasis on the full development of our athletes—on and off the ice. This includes a focus on education, nutrition, off-ice training, and proper rest and recovery. We believe in teaching the game the right way, through hard work, discipline, and attention to detail.
Our program values commitment, honesty, loyalty, and a deep respect for the game of hockey. We take great pride in helping our players grow as athletes and individuals, and in advancing them to the highest levels of the sport.
